INFORMATIVA Al SENSI DELL'ART. 13 DEL DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N. 196/03

Ai sensi dell'articolo 13 del decreto legislativo 30 giugno 2003, n. 196, La informiamo che i dati da Lei forniti
verranno trattati nell'ambito della banca dati elettronica e/o cartacea dell'Albergo, nel rispetto di quanto stabilito dal
decreto legislativo n. 196 sulla tutela dei dati personali.
Il trattamento dei dati, di cui Le garantiamo la massima riservatezza, è effettuata per le seguenti finalità:
- compilazione della documentazione atta ad adempiere agli obblighi previsti dalla vigente normativa, e in
particolare delle norme dei Testo Unico di Pubblica Sicurezza (schedine di notifica);
- sottoporre alla Sua attenzione materiale pubblicitario, cataloghi e listini - prezzo dell’Albergo, nonché per
tenerLa aggiornata sulle nostre iniziative e offerte promozionali.
Il conferimento dei dati è obbligatorio, in quanto previsto da uno specifico obbligo di legge e necessario per
l'instaurazione del rapporto contrattuale. Ai fini del corretto trattamento dei dati è necessario che l'interessato
comunichi tempestivamente le eventuali variazioni dei dati forniti.
La informiamo che i Suoi dati saranno comunicati esclusivamente all'Autorità di pubblica sicurezza, in
adempimento del relativo obbligo di comunicazione di cui all’articolo 109 del T.U.L.P.S.; al di fuori di tale ipotesi i
Suoi dati non saranno comunicati o diffusi a terzi e saranno conservati per il periodo di tempo previsto dalla vigente
normativa..
In relazione al trattamento in oggetto potrà esercitare i diritti di cui all'art. 7 del decreto legislativo 196/03.

Im Sinne des Art. 13 des Legislativdekretes vom 30. Juni 2003, Nr. 196, teilen wir Ihnen mit, dass die Daten, die
Sie uns zur Verfügung gestellt haben, in der elektronischen und/oder papierenen Datenbank des Hotels, unter
Beachtung der Vorschriften des Legislativdekretes Nr. 196 über den Schutz der persönlichen Daten, verwendet
werden.
Die Daten werden, unter Einhaltung größter Vertraulichkeit, für folgende Zwecke verwendet:
- Abfassung von Dokumenten zur Erfüllung von Verpflichtungen, die von den geltenden gesetzlichen
Bestimmungen vorgesehen sind, insbesondere die Bestimmungen des Einheitstextes über die Öffentliche
Sicherheit (Gästemeldungen);
- Auf Kataloge und Preislisten des Hotels aufmerksam zu machen, sowie über unsere Initiativen und Angebote
zu informieren.
Die Mitteilung der Daten ist obligatorisch, da sie von einer spezifischen, gesetzlichen Verpflichtung herrührt; für
die Errichtung eines Vertragsverhältnisses ist sie unerlässlich. Für
die korrekte Verwendung soll die interessierte Partei eventuelle Änderungen der mitgeteilten Daten unverzüglich
bekannt geben.
Wir teilen Ihnen mit, dass ihre Daten ausschließlich der Behörde für öffentliche Sicherheit bekannt gegeben
werden, um die Verfahren zu ermöglichen, die der Art. 109 des Einheitstextes über die Öffentliche Sicherheit
vorschreibt, ansonsten werden Ihre Daten nicht an Dritte mitgeteilt oder verbreitet; sie werden für den von den
geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen vorgesehenen Zeitraum aufbewahrt. In Zusammenhang mit dieser Mitteilung
können Sie die Rechte laut Art. 7 des Legislativdekretes 196/03 geltend machen.

In full compliance with article 13 of law no. 196 of 30th June 2003, we hereby inform you that your personal
information and data will be handled in our Hotel's electronic and/or paper archives, in strict compliance with the
measures laid down by law no. 196 on the handling of personal data and information.
We hereby guarantee that all data and information will be treated as strictly confidential and handled for the
following purposes:
- compiling papers on order to fulfil the obligations required by the relevant laws and especially by the Single
Text on Public Safety (information sheets);
- supplying you with this Hotel's advertising literature, catalogues and price lists and keeping you fully up to
date with our special promotional offers.
Supplying the above data is compulsory and is required by a specific law. Without this information, it would be
impossible to establish contractual relations. In order to make sure that this information is handled correctly, we ask
you to inform us immediately of any changes to said data.
You are informed that the data and information will only be transferred to The Public Safety Authority, in
accordance with the obligation stated in article 109 of the Single Text on Public
Safety; your data and information will not be provided to any third parties and will be stored for the period of time
envisaged by the relevant laws.
The data and information handling as required by the above is of no prejudice to the rights granted to you by article
7 of law 196/03.

NOTE D'INFORMATION AUX TERMES DE L’ARTICLE 13 DE LA LOI N. 196/03

Aux termes de I'article 13 de la loi n. 196 du 30 juin 2003, nous tenons à vous informer que vos données seront
traitées par la banque de données électronique et/ou sur papier de notre Hôtel, conformément aux dispositions de la
loi n. 196 en matière de protection des données personnelles. Le traitement des données, dont nous vous assurons la
plus grande discrétion, sera effectué pour les objectifs suivants.,
- remplir les documents nécessaires, pour exécuter les obligations envisagées par la réglementation en vigueur.
Et, notamment, les dispositions dont au Testo Unico di Pubblica Sicurezza (Texte Unique de Sécurité
Publique) (fiches de notification):
- soumettre à votre attention la documentation publicitaire, les catalogues et les listes de prix de notre Hôtel-,
ainsi que pour vous tenir au courant de nos propositions et de nos programmes promotionnels.
La déclaration des données est obligatoire, en raison des dispositions expressément prévues par la loi. Aussi, estelle
positions expressément prévues par la loi. Aussi est-elle nécessaire pour instaurer le rapport contractuel. Afin
de consentir un traitement des données conforme, la personne concernée devra nous faire connaître, en temps
voulu, toutes modifications des données fournies.
Nous tenons à vous informer que vos données ne seront communiquées qu'aux Autorités de Sécurité publique
compétentes. Car nous devons exécuter les obligations d'information, dont à l'article 109 du T.U.P.S. Cela dit, vos
données ne seront pas communiquées aux tiers et elles seront conservées dans les délais prévus par la
réglementation en vigueur.
Pour ce qui est du traitement des données dont ci-dessus, vous pourrez faire valoir les droits dont à l’article 7 de la
loi 196/03.
